here in South Africa, my husband Mr Ndele Sigcau died on the 14th of february
while he was on an exploration trip to Ghana in 1996.After his death, I
discovered that he had some funds in a dollar account which amounted to
the sum of US$30.5M with a South African bank which had her offshore House
in the CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA.This fund emanated as a result of an over-invoiced
contract which he executed with the Government of South Africa.Though I
assisted him in getting this contract, I never knew that it was over-invoiced
by him and the officials at the ministry. For fear that the government of
South Africa might start to investigate on contracts awarded from 1990 to
date.If they discover this money in his bank account, they will confiscate
it and seize his assets here in South Africa and this will definetely affect
my political career in Government and financial status as i have been battling
in court with his mortgage company which loaned him funds running into millions
for the construction of SIGCAU ESTATES IN PRETORIA. I need this funds transfered
as quick as possible to be able to service debts owed the mortgage company
as the estate is the only property left for my children right now.
PROPOSAL
I solicit your assistance in opening an account with CENTRAL BANK through
an accredited Attorney of the bank,which i will forward his contact details
to you,so that this fund could be wired into your account directly from
here without any hitch or trace to my person. As soon as the fund gets to
your account, you are expected to move it immediately into another personal
bank account in your country. I will see to it that the account is not traced
from South Africa or CENTRAL BANK. As soon as you have confirmed the fund
in your account, I will send my eldest son Engr.Samuel Sigcau and my Attorney
to come to your country to discuss on business investments especially REAL
ESTATE investment which you will oversee as caretaker.
SHARING PERCENTAGE
For your assistance, I am offering you 20% of the total sum.However, you
have to assure me and also be ready to go into agreement with me that you
will not elope with my fund.Note that the intention for this is to protect
both our interest and bind this contract legally.
Note that while reaching the attorney to secure his services,you must disclose
my involment in the transaction so he can accept the offer to assist us.I
can't do this alone as it might jeopardise my carrier and future political
ambition in government.All you have to do is claim to be one of my husbands
beneficiary partners abroad and the funds in question is money loaned my
husband by you to carry out some contracts earlier in 1992 before his death.This
