Dear Sir,
I hope this approach will not embarrass you since we have never had any
previous communication. In introduction, I am Roy Douglas, an independent
financial consult and funds manager. I represent a consortium of wealthy
and influential people, most of whom are top government officials who have
large sums of money they would like to keep out of the public eyes.
I got your details through a wider search in the peoples profile directory
with the help of the internet and would like to solicit for your cooperation
