"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

[RE:TRANSFER OF FUNDS]
[ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX MILLION DOLLARS]

Hello,

Subject is the transfer of the above amount from a bank in Africa. I
therefore reguest you to quietlylook for a reliable and honest person who
will aid in the project by providing an existing bank account or to set up a
new account ASAP, to be able to receive the money.

The most important requiremet is your untimate honesty and loyalty till the
end of this importantbusiness. However I pary God that you will never let me
down either now or in future. I am Mr.Alfred Messika.I am also the district
auditor general of a bank in Africa. In this position, I discovered a
floating fund in an account

opened in the bank in 1990 and since 1993 the bank remained dormart. On
investigation I discovered that the owner of the account die without an
hair, hence the money isfloating and it not urgently remitted out, it be
forfeited for nothing.

The owner of this account is Mr Frankline Sullivan a foreigner and a sailor
and he died since1998. Right now, we have not received any correspondence
from anyone and it is apparent that no other person knows about this
account, the account has no other beneficiary and My investigation showed
that Frankline Sullivan until his death was also a director of Sulliv coy
[PTY].SA. We will start the first transaction with the transfer of
$26.000.000 [Twenty six Million] We will follow up with the remaining amount
if the initial transaction is execated successful without disappointment
from your side.

You may ask, why you? My answer is that the banking rules here foreclose the
approval of the money to alocal person or account. That is why a foreigner
with a valid international passport or driver's licanse and foreign account
is required. The money is valued in US dollars and the dead owner of the
account Mr.Frankline Sullivan is a foreigner.therefore the money can only be
remitted into a foreign account.

However, to further ensure the loyalty of both parties, I suggest that we
sign a binding agreement. I am revealing this to you with utmost belief in
God that you will never let me down .I also must inform you that you are the
first and only individual that I am cammunicating per this business, so
pls reply urgently so that i will inform you about the next step to
take.Your private telepone number, Fax and full details of the account to be
used for the deposit should be sent ASAP.

Remember, any account can be used even empty ones, as long as you have full
access to it. We will also meet one on one to build confidence and to sign
the binding agreement. We will than transfer the money to any account of
your choice before I fly to your countryfor withdrawal, sharing and
investing.conclsion,

You will have 35% of the whole money and 60% for me while 5% will be for
expenses both parties must have incurred during the process of this
important business transaction.

Sincerely,
Mr.Alfred Messika.
