"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I have made all attempts to get to the relatives of the deceased but all to no avail. I contacted the foreign database of our chamber of commerce here who gave me your contact as I was looking for somebody that will help me in finalising this transaction.
I have contacted you in respect of the fund my late client deposited with a securities company here . The funds is at the tune of US$ 10 million deposit with the securities company
This deposit was made from contracts that he executed in Ghana Gold Fields ,Sierra Leone Diamond fields as he was executing some contracts for the various governments in power then. He deposited this funds with the securities company for it to be transferred to his native country before his death.
The said securities company has issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have this deposit declared unserviceable by the company and have it confiscated for the company use if no response is gotten within their next Board Meeting.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 2 years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased because I do not want the securities company to confiscate the deposit and I will not and cannot retrieve the deposit from them based on the fact that I am a lawyer and a foreigner is needed as the depositor who is my client was a foreigner, so that the consignment and the deposit will be released to you.
Therefore, if you are positive for the conclusion of the transaction with me, you are to get back to me with your full contact details like, telephone number and most importantly , your contact address so that I will use it to swear an affidavit of claims on your behalf as a relative to the deceased so as to give to you the locus standi for the release of the deposit to you

Please get in touch with me to enable me know your stand. so that we can proceed with the transaction.
