Subject: please your urgent response is highly needed

Dear Sir,
With a singular privilege and gratitude to God, I greet you in the name of the Most Highest God. In respect to your honor and dignity I am contacting you with this appeal. I am Mrs. Isabella Isaac Nuhan Vaye, the wife of the former Minister of Public Works under the defunct regime of President Charles Taylor of Liberia.
Before the political upheaval in Liberia, my late husband was a good and close brother of resident Charles Taylor and a member of his inner caucus. But of late when the Liberia crisis came up again, with the rebels trying to forced President Charles Taylor out of the Government leadership, in Liberia, the rebels started eliminating Charles Taylor's loyalists which my husband happens to be one of them (the Loyalists) in order to seize the power in Monrovia as a result of the leakage of some vital security information from the president's cabinet and they eliminated some of the cabinet members, which my husband happened to be a victim.
It started in the name of an uncovered coup and they arrested some of the cabinet ministers and the Vice President Moses Blah on the 5th of June, which my husband was included and some days later I learnt about my husband's death alongside with John Winpoe Yormie, Deputy Minister of National Security. I would have been the next target if I did spear a day in Monrovia before I escaped and pulled myself and my children out of the country to one of the near by country to seek for asylum until the situation is calmed. This has created a grave humanitarian crisis in Liberia.
I actually knew why my husband was assassinated because, before the political mayhem in Liberia, my late husband and President Charles Taylor have been maintaining a good relationship and he assisted him (Charles Taylor) lodging funds from the sales of Diamonds in different Banks and Security Companies, which my late husband also benefited from it until at the wake of rebellious war in Liberia. My late husband was a loyalist to the core even when the president adopted his tyrannical laws that raised the alarming situation at which the rebels are advancing into Monrovia to unseat President Charles Taylor. At the peak of my husband's relationship with Charles Taylor, he was able to acquired the sum of (US$35.6m as his own share from the deals he did with President Charles Taylor.) which he deposited with a security company outside Liberia. This money is being lodged as 'Family Valuables' in the security company.
Basically, as it stands now I need a trust worthy person like you who can assist me to retrieve this funds from the security company. Life has been very unstable for me and my children and I wouldn't want to bore you with all we have been going through since all these days, but for the sake of my late husband, all the necessary document regarding for the deposit of the funds are in my possession. I am now in a refugee in one the neighboring country in Africa due to the fear of being killed by the cruel rebels in Liberia.
Again, on June 14, 2004, the Security Council Committee (SCC) established pursuant to resolution 1521(2003) concerning Liberia approved the following list of individuals and entities subject to the measures contained in paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 1532(2004). Paragraph 1 of SCC resolution 1532, adopted on 12 March 2004, reads as follows:
"The Security Council, decides that, to prevent former Liberia President Charles Taylor, his immediate family members, in particular, Jewell Howard Taylor and Charles Taylor Jr., senior officials of the former Taylor regime, or other close allies or associates as designated by the committee established by paragraph 21 of resolution 1521 (2003) (hereinafter, "the Committee") from using misappropriate funds and property to interfere in the resolution of peace and stability in Liberia and the sub-region, all sates in which there are, at the date of adoption of this resolution or at any time thereafter, funds, other financial assets and econom8c resources owned or controlled directly or indirectly by Charles Taylor, or any of the above mentioned persons, or those other individuals designated by the Committee, including funds, other financial assets and economic resources held by entities owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any of them shall freeze
without delay."
Therefore, I need your urgent assistance in order to transfer this money for proper investment as soon as possible. I will send to you all the relevant documents covering the deposited amount, I have decided to offer you 30% of the total sum, 10% for the expenses, while 60% is to be held on trust by you until we can decide on a suitable business investment in your country. Please, reply urgently and treat with absolute confidentiality and sincerity. Again, your urgent response will be highly appreciated. Please, all information regarding to this appeal is guaranteed safety.
NB: Upon your response to this mail, I will intimate you on how we can proceed to retrieve the funds from the Security Company.
Thanking you in anticipation, remain blessed
Best regards,
Isabella Nuhan Vaye
