"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Request For A Foreign Manager/Investor



I wish to introduce myself I am MR. JOMMO HUBERT I am writing you on behalf of my mother in respect of our late father's estate for management assistance and professional directives.

Our father COL. RODRIGUE HUBERT a former Paymaster General of Ecomog ( A PEACE KEEPING MILITARY ORGANISATION WITHIN THE WEST-AFRICA SUBREGION) deposited huge amount of money with a security company as family valuables.

To the knitty-gritty of the matter, my mother (MRS. MATILDA HUBERT) got to know about the deposit with the Security Company when the family lawyer read my late father's will. The total amount involved happens to be USD18.5 million.

The problem is that she can not lay hand on the money now because, of the distance and her zeal to invest this fund into a good business through a foreign manager/investor outside this country and her inability to do it herself because, she has no knowledge in business related matters as she has been a full house wife all through her married life.

This is the more reason, she asked me to source for a reliable foreign manager/investor that can help secure this fund and invest
