Dear friend,
I am mr phillip williams, an account officer of National Westminister Bank,London
Branch and I have urgent and very confidential business proposition for
you.
On June 6, 2001, a Foreign Construction firm consultant/contractor in London
-UK, Mr.Fredrick Jones made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar
onths, valued at US$10,500,000.00, [Ten Million, five hundred thousand ollars)
in my branch.Upon maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding
address, but got no reply. After a month,we sent a reminder and finally
we discovered from his contract employers, that Mr. Fredrick Jones died
on September 11 attack in United States.
All attempts to trace his next of kin was fruitless. I therefore made further
investigation and discovered that Mr. Fredrick Jones did not declare any
Next of Kin or relations in all his official documentations in London, including
his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank.
This sum of US$10,500,000.00 has carefully been moved out of my bank to
another Bank/Finance Firm outside london for afekeeping. No one will ever
come forward to claim it. acording to the British Law, at the expiration
of 5 (five) years, the money will be reverted to the ownership of the British
Government if nobody applies to claim the fund.
Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a Foreigner to stand
in as the owner of the money I deposited with the Bank/Finance firm outside
London.I am writing you because I as a public servant (Staff of a bank)
I cannot operate a foreign account or have an account that is more than
$1m(one million united states America Dollars). I want to present you as
the owner of the funds in the Bank/Finance firm so that you can be able
to claim them with the help of my attorney. This is simple, I will like
you to provide immediately your full names and address so that the Attorney
will prepare the necessary documents which will put you in place as the
Beneficiary/next of kin to the deseased.This document will be fowarded to
the bank including an application for claims.
The money will released to you for us to share in the ratio of 60% for me
10% for my lawyer and 30% for you. There is no risk at all as all the paperwork
for this transaction will be prepared by the lawyer and this will guarantees
the successful execution of this transaction.
