"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

6B ABDULKAREEM CLOSE,
ASIKORO LAYOUT GARKI,
ABUJA NIGERIA.

Dear Sir/Madam,

INVESTMENT PROPOSAL.

Thanks for having this great opportunity with you.I am Bashiru Adisa one
of the sons of the Late.Gen.Abdulkareem Adisa the former Minister of Works
& Housing of the federal Republic of Nigeria. My father died in a London
Hospital and has been buried by the Muslin rites. The result of his death
was by motor Accident he had in Nigeria before he was taken to the London
Hospital where he finally gave up to ghost.Meanwhile, as I was looking after
him in the Hospital,he told me that his condition is getting worst and that
he has failed to carryout his priority by not writting his Will to the family.
Consquent to this,he ascertained that how can we live without parents?
We lost our bonafide mother in 1987 as a result of breast cancer disease.
But what remains a shocking news and gladden to me was when he told me that
he has some funds that worth the sum of $16.5 m in a secret code in South
Africa with the Finance & security Company. And also he told me to contact
his attorney who assisted him in proccesing the particulars during the
transaction. He said that he proposed to build a mini oil refinery in South
Africa with the funds before the government of President Olusungun Obasanjo
set up panel that was investigating&repatriating some funds that are hidden
in a foreign banks before the panel was disolved in the last election that
brought him to second tenure. That was why my father abondoned this project
and decided to start it when democracy is completely stabilised in our
Country.
However,I want you to be a beneficiary of these funds, hence you will accept
to give me a maximum co.operation deserved in the course of dealing with
you as a trusthworthy person.
Now,I can't go on with this my father's project it might be half finished
because of the high cost of materials. What I need is your help to evacuate
these funds from the finance&security company to your foreign bank account
where I can invest these funds into a profitable business you will put me
through in your country.

Therefore,in my own appreciation for the good exercise you will show to
safe guard these funds.I have agreed to offer you 30% of the total fund, while
5% will be used for sundry expenses then the remain 65% is for investment.
If you will indicate your interest send your resident address, ID card,phone/fax,numbers
for easy communication. As soon as you send these particulars you. I will
send the certificate of deposite that will enable you to make claim of the
fund.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks&Best regards.
Yours faithfully
Bashiru Adisa
