STRICTLY A PRIVATE BUSINESS PROPOSAL.
I am Mr.Fred Walter ,a manager in the Bills and Exchange at the Foreign
Remittance Department of the Union Bank of Nigeria Plc I am writing this
letter to ask for your support and cooperation to carry out this business
opportunity in my department.There is US$15,000,000.00 (Fifteen million
United States Dollars only) in a deposite account that belongs to one of
our foreign customers Late Mr. Matsuda Rika.T.who died along with his entire
family a wife and two children in November 1997 in a Plane crash.
Since we heard of his death, the bank have been expecting his next-of-kin
to come over and put claims for his money,since the bank cannot release
the fund from his account unless someone applies for claim as the next-of-kin
to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines but unfortunately,
neither his family members nor distant relative has ever appeared to claim
US$15 million dollar the said fund.
However, it will interest to note that before his death, I am the account
officer and personal financier advicer to the Late Mr. Matsuda Rika.T. it
is my responbility to forward his next of kin to the bank, hence I have
contacted you.
I have decided that our ratio of sharing will be as stated thus;40% for
you as foreign partner,50 % for myslef and 10 % for the settlement of all
local and foreign expences incurred by us and you during the course of this
business.
