I am sorry for the embarrassment this mail might cause to you, since we
had no correspondence before the mail. I got your contacts through my late
husband?s lawyer that works with the chambers of commerce and industries
during my search for a reliable and honest partner, to assist me carryout
this transaction.
First I will start by introducing my self I am Dr Mrs. Kibaki Dada, wife
to the late Uganda Head of state, His Excellency General Idi Amin Dada who
died on the 16th of august 2003 while still on active service for our country.
I am contacting you with the hope that you will be of a great assistance
to me, I currently have within my reach the sum of $125 million U.S dollars
(One Hundred and Twenty Five Million United State Of American Dollars) which
I intend to use for investment purpose outside Uganda.
The new Government of my country Uganda has intensified their probe into
my husband's financial resources which has led to the frozen of all our
accounts, local and foreign, the revoking of all our business licenses and
the arrest and detention of my first son. In view of this I acted very fast
to withdraw this money from one of our finance houses before it was closed
down.
So I thought it wise to contact a foreign business partner who will help
me to move this money out of Uganda for investment.
This money came as a result of a payback contract deal between my husband
and a German firm in our country's multi- billion Kampala steel plants on
the 12 of June 2001. The German partner returned my husband's share being
the above sum after his death. Presently, I have deposited the money in
a well registered security company in London with the help of my late husband
lawyer .No record is known about this fund by the government because there
is no documentation showing that we received such fund. Due to the current
situation in the country and government attitude to my family, I cannot
make use of this money within, thus
I seek your help in transferring this fund into your account.
I have decided to part you with 20% of the total money for your assistance,
while I and my son will travel down to meet you in your country as soon
as we concludes
the transaction so that the remaining money will be invested in your country
according to your advice.
