"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We are federal Government of Nigeria registered and accredited International
contract consultants. We consult all specialist all over the world, for
specialists contracts on behalf of the federal government of Nigeria. We
are confined to Government strict policy on ?Due Process Mechanism? which
requires open tenders on all government foreign and local contracts. This
policy therefore allows us to contract pre- qualified foreign contractors
for specialized government contracts. These contracts are mainly World Bank
assisted contracts which must requires well-qualified bidders. You are hereby

belt of the Nigeria. Estimated cost USD175 Million. (4) The National Planning
Commission (NPC) wants bid for 23,600 units for computers and accessories.
This is a grant from United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Estimated
cost is USD68 Million. (5) Building of Akwa Ibom State International Airport
at the cost of USD170 Million. (Sponsored by Dyncorp International) (6)
NNPC construction of liquefied petroleum Gas (LPG) in Uzombe ? Imo State
of Nigeria, At a cost estimate of USD185 Million. (7) Construction of Cement
factories and Power Generating Station in Kogi States of Nigeria at the
Cost USD270 million. (8) NNPC/Chevron Joint venture construction of Multi
year cxontract for provision of underwater corrosion and mechanical integrity
inspection services for off shore production facilities ? Estimated cost
USD170 Million. (9) Building of Abuja International modern market estimated
cost USD47 Million (International Bank loan ) FGN All the above are open
tenders and requires international experts, indicate the ones you have interest
