"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello,

Sorry to bother you. This is a deal; I also solicit
for your assistance to see that we safeguard the
funds.

My name is Mr. Ngonda Eduardo; I was a high ranking
officer of the rebel group Southern Angola (UNITA)
which was led by the late
General Jonas Savimbi, who was shot and killed in
February 2002 in a shoot out with Angolan National
army,

At the time of General Savimbi’s death, I was outside
the country arranging for the purchase of military
hardware for our army on his behalf, because peace
talks with the government had broken down and a major
offensive by government troops was predicted.
Unfortunately before I could finalize the purchase,
the news of his death was announced.

I decided and left with US$18,000,000.00 (eighteen
million United States dollars) which was kept with a
private security vault in a neighboring country. Now
every where in Angola is quite and cool but still
there are some political instabilities.

Now I have decided to move the funds to you door step
trough a diplomatic channel, please contact me
urgently for proper arrangement on where and how you
will meet with the diplomat for claims. I will
schedule down to your country as soon as you claim the
consignment to hold a meeting on what you will take
out of the funds as your commission for assisting me,
and the remaining one will be invest under your
recommendation and guide and also will go into joint
business venture with you.
Your can contact me for my private box:

Best regards

Mr. Ngonda Eduardo
