Greetings in the name of Allah. It is with deep sence of commitment, faith,
brotherliness and trust that I make this confidential risk free business
proposal to you for your assistance. I am deeply sorry if I have in any
manner disturbed your privacy.
I am Mr. Ahmed Flames the head of the Audit Department of Continental Bank
in Cotounu Benin Republic. Recently, during one of our auditings, I discovered
a domant account with a huge amount of money which amounted to USD15.500,154.22
(fifteen million, five hundred thousand, one hundred and fifty four dollars,
twenty two cents) that belongs to one of our numerouse customers HACHEM
ABDULKARIM ALAME from LEBANON who happened to die in a plane crash on the
25th of December, 2003. During the period of my investigation I discovered
that the deceased and
his entire family died in the incident leaving nobody behind to come for
the claim of this fund as his next of kin. Since then several inquiries
have been made in his embassey to locate any of the deceased relatives but
all efforts have proved unsuccessful.
Therefore, I decided to contact you for this deal by assisting me put up
claim to this fund with this bank as the deceased next of kin/beneficiary
for the claim of the fund since my goverment is trying to lay claim to the
fund and confiscate it as government treasure which will be used for their
own selfish interest. I want to also bring to your notice that as the Head
of the Audit Department of this bank that this fund will be paid to you
directly into the account you will present for the transfer of the fund
from our affiliate bank in Madrid Spain. But the most important thing is
for us to obtain the payment approval from our bank here which is the Continental
Bank of Benin and after the approval has been obtained, they will instruct
our affiliate bank in Madrid Spain to effect the transfer of the fund into
your account. Be also informed that I have with me all the necessory information
of the deceased which will help us claim the fund successfuly including
his passport photograph.

will give you futher details of the next step we are suppose to follow.
