Dear Friend,

I know this will reach you as a surprise, but need not to worry as I am
using the only secured and confidential medium available to seek for foreign
assistance/partnership in a business transaction which is of mutual benefit.

A late foreigner/Engineer an oil merchant/contractor with
the Nationale Government of Benin Republic, until his death three years
ago in a ghastly car crash, banked with us here at Bank of Africa (BOA).,
Cotonou -Benin Republic and had a closing balance of $USD21.5M (Twenty-One
Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) which the bank now
unquestionably expects to be claimed by any of his available foreign next
of kin or alternative be donated to a trust fund of the WEST AFRICAN PEACEKEEPING
FORCE (ECOMOG).

Fervent valuable efforts had being made by the Bank of Africa (BOA)., to
get in touch with any of the late customer's family or relatives but all
have proved abortive. It is because of the perceived possibility of not
going to be able to locate any of late Engineer customer of BOA or his next
of kin (as he had no known wife and children) that the management under
the influence of our chairman board of directors, that an arrangement for
the fund to be declared "UNCLAIMABLE" and then be subsequently donated to
the trust fund for arms and ammunition which will further enhance the course
of war
in the West African sub-region and the world in general.

In order to avert this negative development, I the Area Controller BOA,
Cotonou, Desk now seek for your permission to have you stand as late BOA
customer's next of kin so that the fund, $21.5M would be subsequently transferred
and paid into your bank account as the beneficiary next of kin. All documents
and proves to enable you get this fund have been carefully worked out and
I am assuring you a 100 per cent risk free involvement.

Your share would be 30 per cent of the total amount.10 per cent has been
set aside for expenses on both sides, while the rest would be for myself
for investment purposes in your country. Though I am trying to make a better
future for myself and family considering the poor standard of living in
Africa, I also want you to see this proposal as our own contribution in
putting an end to the senseless wars in the West African sub-region.

If this proposal is OK by you and you do wish to take advantage of the trust
I hope to bestow on you and your company, kindly get to me immediately via
my e-mail furnishing me with your most confidential details.

1.Your Company`s details or Your full name and address
2.Your bank details where the fund will be wired to so that I can forward
to you the relevant details of this transcation.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated co-operation.
