"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Sir
I am Rev Sister Maria Collins from Roman catholic church in Rome.
I was a personel assistant to( pope john paul II), I am writing this
letter confidentially to you just because as a woman of God that
you can help me.
secondly, I and my boss(pope John paul ) made deposit of 8.6 million
(Eight Million six hundred thousand U.S. Dollars)
in Switzerland it was only me that have the knowledge about the deposit
which can
never be traceable by any Bishop of our Diocese or any of our church leaders
because all the document in respect of the deposit is with me,

you know my boss (popeJohn paul) died some forthinght ago, there is nobody
who
will inherit the money, and i don"t want the money to be consfiscates by
some doubious
peopledue to the fart that he has no child familly I promicse you 40% of
the total sum
of the money when you transfer please reply me immediately because I want
the money
to be withdrown as fast as possible I will give some other details when
you reply.
