Dear Friend,
I am Barrister Charles Chukwu,the Personal Attorney to a Foreign Contractor,
who worked with a multinational Oil Firm in Nigeria. On the 11th of September
2001, my client, an American National, late Engr. Carlos Alberto Montoya,
an oil Merchant / Contractor with the federal government of Nigeria, until
his death four years ago in a ghastly terrorist attack to american airlines
flight 11, from Boston, Massachusetts, to Los Angeles, California, crashed

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the the relatives for over 4
years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the
deceased so that the proceeds of this account valued at $9 Million
dollars can be paid to you and then you and I can share this money. 60%
to me and 30% to you,while 10% should be for expenses or tax as your government
may require, I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back
up any claim we may make.
