Hello Dear,
It is my profound pleasure to write you regardless of the fact that we do
not know in person, but your positive response towards my message shall
be of great benefit to both of us, for the near future. I am Gabriel Samuel,
son of Chief Joseph Samuel, a Native of Bouake district in the Northern
province of Cote D'ivoire, who was the General Manager of Cote D'Ivoire
Mining Co-operation (C.M.C) BOUAKE.
During the war and Political Crisis in my country, and following the indiscriminate
looting of public and government properties by the rebel forces, the Cote
D'Ivoire Mining Co-operation was one of the targets looted and destroyed
by the rebel forces. On this process, my father including some other top
Government functionaries were attacked and killed by the rebels because
of his relationship with the civilian government of President Laurent
Gbagbo. This was a great tragedy as many top government Officials were victim
of this attack. Being the only son of my father, I was left alone after
my father's death hence I lost my mother some years ago.
My father's relatives quickly decended on our properties immediately they
came to know about my father's death owing to the fact that I am single
with my little sister who is only 16 years old. We have no good knowledge
of all his properties. Unknown to them, my father told me some months ago
before his death that he was planning for a business trip to Abidjan, the
Economic City of Cote D'Ivoire where he secured some money for the establishment
of a Private Mining Co-Operation. He told me that this money is the total
of $10.5m. He added that, this money is contained inside a consignment
and is secured in the Vault department of a Finance Security Company in
Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire.
After our father's death, while I was going through his file, I discovered
a Deposit Document containing all the information about this deposit. I
quickly travelled to Abidjan with my only sister and contacted the Finance
Security Company in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire.The company have confirmed the
deposit of this consignment by our late father since 16th May 2000 and also
they have shown concern over his delay in clearing this consignment. We
have just notified the Company of our fathers death since September 2002
and they have told me that this consignment can only be released to my fathers
associate overseas hence my father secured this consignment to be released
to him or his oversea associate. We are presently under one Penticostal
Church in Abidjan to monitor this matter and to make necessary contact for
the release of this consignment, but without letting any one around us know
about this deposit.
We therefore want your co-operation in this matter so that we can work together
to retrieve this consignment from this company and then forward this money
directly to your foreign bank account through any Comercial Bank here in
Abidjan, for joint investment.
Please, Contact me and my sister through the above telephone number as soon
as you receive this message so that we can give you more details and also
instructions on how to contact the Company for the release of this consignment
on your behalf as our father's overseas associate.
