I must apologize for the strange manner I have jumped into your Private
E-mail this is as a result of the urgency of the transaction as a
whole, as I have concluded arrangement to ensure that this transaction
is concluded within the end of March year 2005, I must state it
clear here that due to the ethics of my profession every arrangement on
this should be handled with utmost confidentiality.
I am BARRISTER REHOBOTH O. PETERS, of REHOBOTHI CHAMBERS,(Advocate
/Solicitor), I am fourty five years old married with three Children,
one of my Clients Engineer. JOHN PHILIPS the managing Director of JOHNPHIL
Construction Company, who is Late now, carried out a Contract with the
Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas(NLNG) worth $15,000,000:00(Fifteen Million U.S Dollars). The
Contract was Duly Completed and a Job Completion Certificate was Issued to
support that in favour of his Company, but due to the Internal problem within
the Organization(NLNG) the payment was delayed, I was consulted by this
Engineer, who handed over to me the Original of every Documents
relating to this particular Contract. I was consulted as to assist him in the
recovery of this payment, mid way in the process of recovering this Payment, my
Clients Engineer John Philips died of a strange sickness known as
cardiac arrest.
For about five(5) Months and 2 weeks now I have succeeded in the
recovery of this payment, which has been paid into his company Account here in
my Country., Since then I have been trying to locate the DIRECT NEXT OF
KIN to this Late Engineer, this has not been possible as his Contract was a
short term here in my Country, it is a policy here that such payments after
six months should be confiscated and shared among the Board of Director's
of the Bank, it is on this I am soliciting your Urgent Partnership as to
Present you as the Next of Kin to the Late Engineer, to enable us convert this
fund for our Personal Utilization as my Legal fee has not been fully paid before his
demise.
