"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

strange or surprising this contact might seem to you,
as we have not met personally or had any dealings in
the past, I humbly ask that you take due consideration
of its importance and immense benefit. I also
sincerely seek your confidence, as I make this
proposal to you as a person of integrity.

I am MR Hector Zuma , An Auditor with the First National Bank,South-Africa
for eight years now.In the process of an Audit process,I discovered a dormant Account belonging to
a certain Arab mining Contractor who passed away one year after making a Fixed deposit investment in the Branch I was Auditing.The customer who is an expatriate from Iraq,Mr.Nazral
Ali,ran away from Iraq and settled down in SOUTH
AFRICA as a political asylum seeker,but does not have
a trace of his family because the former Sadam Hussein
of Iraq eliminated all his family members immediately
