Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Dear Sir,
I am REV. GANBAY D WALLINS. The son of late MR JOHN WALLINS lately the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the Republic of Zimbabwe in southern Africa.
My said father was assasinated few months ago by supporters of the Zimbabwean government's"policy of land reform" spear-headed by Dr Robert Mugabe our president.
Before my country gained political independence from Britain, white farmers in my country were in control of the larger percentage of the land.They established big mechanised farms.
Recently,as Dr Mugabe's popularity waned,he,with a bunch of ruffians who tagged themselves"former freedom fighters",for political reasons,and as a campaign issue,pounced on the established farms and forcibly took them over without following the due processes of law.To accomplish this a lot of people were killed.A lot of whites fled the country. My father was the minister under whose portfolio land matters were.He was a gentleman and never supported the forcible take-over of farms.He was vocal on this and it earned him the hatred of the president and his band of holigans.
My father believed he could make the president change this policy,moreso, when the Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group had gotten Dr Mugabe's words he was going to reverse the said policy.
Instead of a reversal,the president,by his thugs,murdered my father.I have all proof of this. After the death of my father, I left the country with my mother and came down to South Africa as asylum seekers.The president took over my father's farm and estate and'ALLOCATED' the farm to his nephew.
While in South Africa,I was contacted by my father's
attorney who informed me;and after reading my father's will I saw,he left for me the sum of USD25.5million{twenty five million,five hundred thousand United States Dollars} deposited in the vaults of a private security company in JOHANNESBURG in my name.I've just finished my education.The said attorney advises that I should take the money out of South Africa.He has offered to help me but I do not want him
to, for personal reasons.
We now ask and plead with you to help me relocate this money outside of South Africa,preferably in your country or any other country you deem better.You shall also help and advise me on where and how to invest it.Presently,We shall require that you transfer the money into your company or personal account pending my arrival in your country or wherever you schedule our meeting outside of Africa.We do not want the money directly invested in Africa,because of the unstable political and economic climate of the continent.Please call me on this no 27 73 225 8107 to determine the best way of transfer to your country.
