after getting your email from a group of emails in a national newspaper,
I am writing to inform you that,the Nigerian government and the Nigerian
National Petroleum Coporation (NNPC) request to know if you are
interested in a job offer as summarily stated below.
THE NNPC IS ON AN ANNUAL OIL SALE CONTRACT WORTH US$160M (ONE HUNDRED
AND SIXTY MILLION US DOLLARS). DUE TO CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OUTLINED
VIA COMPROMISE BY THE BUYERS OF THESE OIL (Tatneft oil company in
Russia), THE NNPC IS TO PRODUCE AND EXTERNAL AGENT OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY
OF THE SELLER (NIGERIA) AND THE COUNTRY OF THE BUYER (RUSSIA). ACCORDING
TO THE COMPROMISE,THE OIL THAT IS BEEN BOUGHT WILL BE INITIALLY SENT TO
THE AGENT, WHO WILL STORE AND SAFE GAURD THE OIL. THE REASON FOR THIS IS
TO ALLOW SAFE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT FOR THE OIL TO BE CONCLUDED BY THE
BUYERS TO THE SELLER, AFTER WHICH THE OIL CAN THEN BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE
HANDS OF THE AGENT TO THE BUYERS.
Kindly note that the contract is an annual contract,which means that
US$160m worth of oil shall pass through the agent every year, all in the
course of storage and safegaurding.
TYPE AND MAGNITUDE OF WORK THAT WILL BE DONE BY THE EXTERNAL AGENT,
-The agent will welcome and host all storage engineers and experts who
will be with the oils during the storage period.
-The agent will also assist in producing workmen, transportation and
securities that will be needed in the period of storage.
-The agent does not need to leave his location as everything will be
done in the most suitable and nearest possible location to him/her.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOU INTEREST,
A high/secondary school or a University degree in any field of education.
PAYMENTS TO THE EXTERNAL AGENT,
-The sum os US$3m (Three Million Us dollars) will be paid to the agent
in every yearly storage that will be done by the agent, In which he will
innitially be paid an advance of US$2m (two million Us dollars) once he
has been officially empowered as the agent. then after the storage has
been made,he will then be sent his balance payment of US$1m (one million
Us dollars).
-kindly note that all the cost safegaurding transportation and security
of the oils,including the cost of hosting the officers that will be
assisting you in your country will be sent to you along with your
advance payment, before the oil comes into your country.
