"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello.

Dearest, I am writting you this letter with due respect and heart full of tears. We have not known or met previously but i am asking for your assistance having gone through a document that speaks so good of you.I will be glad if you could help relief me from my present sorry situation. I believe that with my situation, you will not like to betray me while handling this inheritance on my behalf when it finally gets to you, but rather will do more to be of great help to me.

I am miss Glad Habib 26yrs old , from Liberia, but at the moment staying in the safty camp in dakar senegal for a few years now due to the war problems in my home country then. Am the only child
of my parents , late Dr ahmed Habib and Mrs. Habib. My Dad used to be a highly esteamed politician in my country and held higher federal government political offices under the ex-president charles Tailor of Liberia but was killed by rebels alongside with my mother in the war. My two uncles were subsequently killed too, by rebels to the then federal government, leaving only me today in the world with no single relative. I was attending school before but now stopped due to lack of funds. Since their death, i have seen, perceived and tested thorough hardship that i never deserved as a young girl. During my time with parents , i never knew there could be such hardship in this earth.
I would please need your assistance to help me retrieve my late father's financial inheritance presently in a security firm, and transfer it to your Personal account in your country. My most important concern is you to assist me come over to your country and continue my education. The inheritance is U.S 9.3million dollars. I have all the documents here with me as the only child of my late parents. Nobody knows about this matter except me. I had occassionally called the financial company for the release of the funds to me but sadly, they told me that due to my refugee status i can not alone process it rather i should look for a foriegn representitive to stand for me and apply for the release.
