I am MR. JONES KABBAH of Kenema District in Eastern province of the Republic of Sierra Leone. With due respect and humility,I wish to write to you for an assistance which I believe you would find acceptable for help and kindness sake.
I am the only son of DR RICHARD KABBAH (now late) who was the district head of Kenema (a Diamond rich District in Sierra Leone).He was involved in the Diamond Trading that flourished between my country, Europe and Americans.Through this business he made reasonable money and gained porpularity during his time,which lead to his asasination by the ruling government then. On the aligation that he was spunsoring rebels in Sierra Leone, but all these was a plot by some individuals who want to take over his position as district head/heads.
The asasination of my father made I and my mother with my only sister ran out of Sierra Leone to one of our neighbouring Country (TOGO IN WEST AFRICA) for safety, But before this incident my father had the knowledge of war breaking out in Sierra Leone because of the way things were going on.
So before the escalation of the civil war coupled with the coups and counter coups of the likes of captain Fonday Sankoh, my father with drew all his money from Sierra Leonian Banks,the sum of (US$19.5m) Ninteen Million Five hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars only. And packed the whole money in a trunk box and deposited it with a WILL TESTERMENT under the custody of a local Security Company in Lome-Togo one of the West African Countries under the coverage as personal effects/ artifact for export to overseas.
To avoid public and government interest, he defaced the money and deposited it with an open beneficiary and informed the company that the content of the box is personal effects/artifact for export to overseas. Unfortunately, my father was asasinated later , his death really brought disterblisation to my life and the life of my mother who is now a hypertensive pacient as a result of my father's suden death.
Having mourned my father with full respect, I decided to look for a foreigner who would assist me under a mutual understanding in the retrieving/transfer of the fund for it's investment outside the shores of Africa, this is because most of our West African countries are politicaly unstable. Because what has brought grief to my life and mother today is political problem and as such I cannot invest this money here because of insecurity to my life. It was on this background that I have sent this proposal to you.
So I would be glad if you will agree to assist me in executing this project. I and my mother has agreed to give you 30% of the total sum for your assistance and 5% will be used to cover every expences that will be incured during the transaction while 65% will go to me for investment. You are also to advice me on any profitable investment in your country where i will invest my own share of the money.
