ATTN: SIR/MADAM,

You may be surprised to receive this letter since you do not know me personally. I am Mr. AUSTIN MBOMA the son of Mr. SAMBOA MBOMA. Who was recently murdered in the Zimbabwean land dispute.

I got your contact address in your country’s business publication through the Chamber of Commerce here in Johannesburg. I decided to write and seek for your assistance in the problem my family and I have. The agents of the ruling government of President Robert Mugabe askes all white farmers in the country to surrender their farms to their party members,My father was among the few black rich farmers recently murdered in cold blood for this alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party controlled by the whites.

Before his death, he has taken me to Johannesburg to deposit the sum of US$25.4M (Twenty five Million, four hundred thousand United States Dollars) with a Security Company as if he foresaw the looming danger in Zimbabwean, the money was deposited as Precious Metals/Personal Items to avoid seizure and also to avoid much demurrage from the security company. My father was a very close friend of President Mugabe before the land dispute began.

This land problem arise when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land act, which wholly effected the rich farmers and some few blacks eventually vehement the MODUS OPERANDI adopted by the government. This resulted in rampant killing and mob actions by the war veterans and some political thugs, precisely, more than forty-five (45) people have been killed. Heads of government in the Western World and the United States of America have voiced out their condemnation of Mugabe’s plan.

Subsequently, the South Africa Development Community (S.A.D.C.) has continuously supported Mugabe’s new land reform act. It is against this background that my family and I have decided to transfer my father’s money into a foreign account. As the eldest son, I am saddled with the responsibility of getting a trustworthy foreigner who will assist us in moving this fund out of South Africa as my country’s government has already seized all my Family’s property in Zimbabwe.

We have decided not to invest this money in South Africa for the fear of seizure and we encountering the same experience in future, since both countries have almost the same political history. Moreover, the South African Financial Policy does not permit asylum seekers certain financial right. It is important you know that this transaction is 100%risk Free therefore if you accept to assist us we have mapped out 25% of the total sum for you, 5% will be for expenses while 70% will be for my family’s investment in your country.

Please reply immediately to facilitate immediate action toward the conclusion of this transaction. Be informed that all information about this business should be kept secret for us to have the 100% success we desire. Your private phone and Fax numbers will be needed for easier communication.

Thanks.
MR.AUSTIN MBOMA
(For the family)
