"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Top of the day to you.
I am Ivan Igor a retired military personel from liberia,

I had an access to ship rough diamond to European countries when i was in service.

I would want to request for your
assistance to help collect a cheque that is due for payment
to me.
I am expecting some money from my partners in Europe,
The amount is $18,000,000,00 dollars[eigtheen million dollars].

I want to establish it on real estate business in America or europe.
So,this cheque is for the expenses for the transaction,
so i will like you to collect it for me and send it to the people that
will arrange for the transfer of the money to your account.
i will like you to tell me how much you will like to take as
your percentage when the money is transfered into your account.
Please if you are willing to assist, i will want
you to give me your detials,
