Dear Andrew Auruku ,
With reference to your completed lottery claim form received by this
office,We have ascertained and verified the validity of your lottery
claim to this office and has subsequently been confirmed for
registration,authentication and notarization.Your lottery claim file
will be authenticated and notarized by a listed accredited attorney.
Be advised that you must understand that you did not pay nor bought a
raffle ticket for this draw like in conventional lotteries; this
notarization process is actually to make you legally entitled to the
funds because without this you have no legal claim on the funds.
This notarization or a legal clearance from the Ministry of
Justice(Gaming Board Office) is required for the necessary release of
