Subject: I WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON
Dear sir,
My names are Mr.philip moris (Esq) a probate attorney
base in london,United Kingdom.
On April 14Th 1999 a client of mind named Sir.Thomas
Nick(Deceased)contacted me that I should pre pare his
will which I did thereafter.He was a very rich British
man and was one of London ten top most real estate
giant then. Sir.Thomas Nick was married to Lady.Susan
Nick but they had no children.
On Sept 11Th 2001 My client Sir.Thomas Nick died with
his lovely wife Lady Susan Nick inside the world trade
center in New york at the age of 58. After his death
as his attorney I informed all the beneficiaries of
his will to come forward so that I can read the will
to them out of the nine beneficiaries of his will only
eight came up for the claims. For over two years I
have being in search for the ninth beneficiary which I
could not locate till just in December last year that
I got to know that he also died in the WTC.
The ninth beneficiary of the estates of my late client
was WILLED US$19.4M United States Dollars only.This
funds are deposited with a security outfit for onward
transfer to would be beneficiary in (Location
undisclosed for now).However,the security company
recognizing me as the attorney to late Sir.Thomas Nick
had advised that I make known to them the ninth
beneficiary so that the funds can be release to such
beneficiary.That is why am contacting you so that we
can establish a mutual relationship and allow me
present you to the security company as the ninth
beneficiary.
All I need you do is to permitt me front you at the
law court as the ninth beneficiary to the estates of
my late client.I also wish to assure you that this
transaction shall be handled legally with the backing
of the court for which I shall sent such court
approval to you for your perusal.
Once you are ready I will go to the British court here
in London to have the will amended in your favor as
the ninth beneficiary and A POWER OF ATTORNEY will be
issued to you from the court, then you will contact
the security company in (Location undisclosed for now)
that you are the ninth beneficiary of the fund kept
with them based on the strenght of the court order
which upon approval I shall forward copies to you for
your perusal.
To enable me start the legal process which will have
legality as stipulated under the British laws of
transfer of inheritance I advise that you forward to
me the under listed information which I will file at
the court as stated below:
1.Your full names/address.
2.Marital status/occupation.
3.Any form of identification such as drivers license
or international passport.
4.Your telephone/Fax numbers respectively.
As soon as I receive these details from you I shall
file a formal application at the High court here in
London praying the court to grant you the legal status
over the inheritance and to recognize you as the ninth
beneficiary of the estates of my late client.I want to
assure you that the court will definitely grant our
request.
Upon the court approval I shall put together a bidding
agreement which will show clearly our sharing
modalities as stated herein 30% of US$19.4Million
united states dollars only shall be for you while 60%
will be for me while setting aside 10% for incurred
expenses that may arise during the cause of this
transaction.
