Dear Friend,
With due respect, trust and humanity, I write this letter to you seeking
your help and assistance. Though it might be difficult since we have not met
before. I got your good contact from the office of our South African
Advocate, whom I shall introduce to you later. After reviewing your profile
and other profiles given to us by our advocate, we decided to contact you
believing that you will be capable and reliable in handling this urgent
international transaction with us.
I am Mr. George Jr. Mukadi, the first son of the Comrade Lotshi Mukadi the
Zimbabwean former Minister for Youth & Gender Equality who is also a
businessman and politician, in the Zimbabwean political arena. My father was
the famous politician who stood firm against President Mugabe’s idea of
continuous fight in the seizure of white owned farms and the distribution of
it to the blacks without compensation to the white owners.
Because of my father’s continuous sincerity, he was killed on 14th April
2001 by the Mugabe’s Militant Group, in form of an auto crash along Mashona
land in Western Mashona Province of Zimbabwe. The planners of the accident
are to be said dissident’s soldiers suspected to have the backing of the
Government and President Mugabe himself, as the press put it on air. Sir,
when this accident occurred at about 10:15 am Zimbabwean time my father did
not died on the spot rather he was rushed to Harare General Hospital by
unknown soldiers and my father managed to call my younger brother Clement
and me through the assistance of that soldier and when my brother and I
rushed to the hospital my father only managed to sneak a written message to
us, explaining his condition concerning one box of Treasury, which he
deposited in a foreign security company in Johannesburg South Africa.
According to our dad, the content of that treasure is US$28,000,000.00
(Twenty Eight Million United States Dollars) and other vital documents,
which was meant for his political campaign in the next election June 2002.
He instructed me to take my brother and my younger sister Phumzile, and
leave Zimbabwe to South Africa immediately for our safety. That in South
Africa, we will meet his personal advocate who will give us all the details
of this treasure, and the original copies for the deposit in the security
company, as he handed over the documents to his lawyer then, safety keeping
hence other investment has been recovered by this Tyrant Mugabe. We
successfully arrived in South Africa and met the lawyer as our father
instructed us. It is here in South Africa that our late father’s Attorney,
Barrister Nkosi M. Skhosana, a South African, told us everything about the
contract he had with our father, because he passed away. He even told us
that; he assisted our late dad to conclude other investment, which was
confiscated by Mugabe’s Government. This lawyer even was very honest to show
us the original copies of the depository agreement, which our late father
signed with the security company, and the insurance company.
After our settlement here, we solicited our lawyer’s advise to see whether
we can withdraw the money our and invest it here, but on this response, he
highlighted to us that, we will never be allowed by the authority to invest
this money hence we are Political Asylum Seekers [REFUGEES]. Later on his
advice, he unveiled to us that their country's existing law prohibits us to
even operate an account that exceed US$2,000.00 and that this money may
raise eyebrows here in South Africa, so he advised us to look for a
foreigner, who will assist us in getting it transfer to a different country
other than South African hence it is closer to our mother land. At this
juncture we decided to write to you to seek for your help for this money to
be transferred into your private bank account as all arrangements for a
hitch-free transfer have been fully taken care of.
I want to assure you also that this transaction is 100% risk free as no
other person knows about this box apart from my younger brother and I. Sir,
as for your reward for your kind assistance we have resolved to give you 20%
of the total amount, 5% for any expenses that might be incurred in the
course of this transaction. We planned to invest the rest of the money in
