"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear sir/madam/c.e.o

I know that you may be surprise to receive this letter, Since we don’t
know before. But in point of introduction I am MR.JOHN ZUMA,the first son of
late MR PHILIP ZUMA, who was murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe.
I got your contact through the Internet trade center, here in Johannesburg
South Africa and I desired to write to you.

White minority among the few black Zimbabwe rich farmers murdered in
cold blood From agents of the ruling government of Robert Mugabe, for his
allegation support and sympathy for Zimbabweans opposition party
controlled by white minority. Before my father'death he took me to
Johannesburg to deposit the sum of(US$20Million United State Dollars) With
the security and finance company, as if he new the looming danger in
Zimbabwe. The money was earmarked for the establishment of new farms in
Lesotho and Swaziland.

This problem arose when President Mugabe introduced a new land act
which affected the rich white farmers, and some black vehemently condemned
the modus operandi adopted by the government. This resulted to rampart
killing and mob action by the war veterans and some political thugs.
Precisely, more than fifty people so far have been killed.
Heads of Government from the west, especially Britain and America voice
out condemnation of Mugabe ‘s plan .Subsequently, the South Africa
Development Community (SADC) has continuously supported Mugabe’s new land
reform act. It is against this back ground that I and my family who are
currently staying in South Africa have decided to transfer my father’s
money into a foreign account. As the eldest son of my father, it is my
responsibility to seek a genuine account where this money could be
transferred without the knowledge of the Government seems to be playing
along with them.
I am faced with the dilemma of investing this money in South Africa for
fear of encountering the same expience in future sine both countries have
same political history. More so South Africa foreign exchange policy dose
not allow such investment hence I am faced an asylum seeker. As a business
man whom I must entrust my future and that of my family in his hands, I
must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free and the nature of
the business dose not necessary matter.

Therefore if you accept to assist my family and me, we are willing to
offer you 30% of the total sum for your assistance, 60%for my family and
myself, while 10% will mapped out for expanses. I wish to invest in your
country on commercial property based on your advise and I would also wish
to receive assurance that you wouldn’t sit on this money when transferred
into your personal or company’s account. You should also know that this
business is highly confidential. I hope to hear from you on the above
telephone numbe or email.

N.B. Please try as much as you can to give me a call +27 -73-264-4276
immediatly you recieve this mail because of the urgence and
the nature of this transaction.

Best regards

JOHN ZUMA
