"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: URGENT PLS

Dear my beloved one,
I am James Ik the attorney to Chief Mark.A.Reuben, He is among the
popular black farmer in Nigeria who was murdered in the land dispute
in the country . I got your contact through network online hence i
decided to write you.

Before the death of my client, he deposited the sum of $20.5million
(nine million five hundred thousand united states dollars) in one of
the Global Finance Security Company London,as he foresaw the looming
danger in Nigeria this money was deposited in one the London for
security reasons.

This amount was meant for the purchase of new machines and chemical
for the farms and establishment of new farms in Swizaland. This land
problem came when Nigerian president Mr Olusegun Obasanjo introduced
a new land act reform wholly affecting the rich white farmers and
some black farmers, and this resulted in killing and mob action by
Nigerian riot veterans and some lunatics in the society infact a lot
of people were killed because of the land reform act, which my client
was one of the victims.

It is against this background that my client"s families fled from
Nigeria for the fear of their lives and are currently staying in
Senegal where they are seeking political asylum and more so have
decided to transfer their farther"s money into a more reliable
foreign account, since the law of Senegal prohibits a refuge(asylum
seeker)to open any bank account or to be involved in any financial
transaction throughout the territorial zone in Senegal, As the
attorney to the family, I am saddled with the resposibility of
seeking a genuine foriegn account where this money will be transfered
without the knowledge of my government who are bent on taking
everything they have got.

As thier attorney,I am seeking for a partner who i have to entrust
their futures in his hands,I must let you know that this transaction
is risk free.If you accept to assist this family, all i want you to do
for me is to make arrangement with the security company to transfer
this Fund into your account. But before then all modalities will have
to be put in place like change of ownership to the money and more
importantly they intend to use this fund for investment.
I have mapped out 5% of the money for all kinds of expenses incurred
in the process of this transaction,My client's family is willing to
give you 40% of the money while the remaining 65% will be for the
family"s investment in your country .

Thanks,and God bless You.

Esq: James Ik.
