"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: PROPERTY PURCHASE

ATTEN: Sir,

How are you doing and how is your business over there?My name is
Alhaji Aliu Mahama .Am the Deputy President Of Federal Republic of
Ghana. I want to purchase house in United State Of America for my
family. I also want to go to hospitality investment and the house
should be estimated between $6million to $8million(Dollars).

It must be spacious with all house comfort meant for a Minister.And
also the hospitality investment should be estimated between $12million
to $15million(Dollars)..I therefore solicit for your assistant to
secure for me a good desirable mansion in the above-mentioned place.
You are also requested to state your company’s profile; terms of
reference, percentage required and importantly mode of payment to
enable me facilitate the process of this purchase to my property agent.

Please concerning this purchase keep it secret because I am monitored
as a serving minister. I therefore requested your personal contact and
details, So that my property agent will contact you. Am waiting for
your response so that I will forward it to my property agent in other
for him to contact you immediately.
