"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Read more about such scams here or in our 419 FAQ. Use the Scam-O-Matic to verify suspect emails.

Re: Your permission.

I am the accountant, credit and foreign bills , Imperial Equities.

Our services include among others the followings; assisting clients
with trans-Pacific private equity financing, strategic partnering, and
business development needs. As experts in working with small- to
mid-sized enterprises, we develop a customized approach to meet the
specific needs of every engagement client. Primarily targeting companies
participating in the Oil and energy technology.Provides traditional
advisory and transactional private investment banking services to both
emerging
growth private companies, and individual investors .

We held a deposit account for late Mr.Rucka Lietzow , an oil merchant
and contractor .He was a national of your region.

At the time of his death till now, his account reads $3.8M( Three
million eight hundred thousand United States dollars ) only.Accrueable
interest , not inclusive.

In my capacity in this institution, I have in the past couple of months
queried why he has not been operating his account held
by us on his behalf. In the course of my enquiries,I was discretely
informed that he was killed on the 5th March,2003, by militant youths
protesting exploitation and deprivation in the Niger Delta region of
Nigeria in a crude Oil loading vessel.
The federal government of my Country has just sent a bill to the
National Assembly demanding that all unserviceable huge deposit account in
different financial institutions and banks accross the Country,be
turned over to the government treasury account. This is in a bid by the
government to mop-up money to off-set huge debt owed international creditors
like
the Paris club and the IMF.

Now to prevent the afformentioned, I want to seek your permission and
assistance to facilitate the release of the deposited sum of $3.8M (
Three million , eight hundred thousand United States Dollars ) only in
your favour as next of kin .It does not matter wether you are related
either by blood or bear simlar names .All documentations will be secured in
your favour .

In this past period, I have made conserted efforts to locate any of the
deceased relatives to no avail. In the contract entered with this
institution, no will or any next of kin was mentioned .

Your share 40% .

Before my contacting you, I have perfected all modalities to effect the
release of the deposit sum in your favour. And this shall be absolutely
guided by documents to be processed in your favour once you indicate
your willingness and interest to work with me.
Furthermore, I want to assure you that this transaction will be carried
out without any hitch, and 100% risk free. This is now a deal and must be
kept absolutely confidential in the course of executing the transfer to
you.
If you demand to have more information and or indicating your interest
, please feel free to send your names and telephone number, so i can
call you to discuss this further. Email me : danesh_55@hotmail.com

Thank you .
