"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: ITEM TO SUPPLY

Greetings,

It is a great pleasure to contact you in this business relationship, first let me introduce myself to you.
I am Engineer Kris Johnson of the Engineering Department of the Nigeria National Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC)

As a result of the constant fuel scarcity in our country, the Federal Government of Nigeria in conjunction with the Nigeria
National Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC) has decided to refurbish and upgrade our refineries to enhance constant production and fuel supply.

In order to stop the suffering of the masses, the Nigeria National Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC) has awarded a contract to
one of its Consulting Firm to supply Twenty thousand packets (20,000) packets of (BALL RACER 10A WHW) for refurbishment of its
refineries at the cost of Six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) per pack at the total cost of one hundred and twenty Million dollars ($120,000,000.00).
And the consulting Firm has been paid cash for the execution of the contract. But, the Consulting Firm has problem and that
problem is about how they will get the major item needed for the commencement of the contract, i.e.
(BALL RACER 10A WHW).

I personally do not want to lead or direct the consulting firm where to get the item needed because of the price difference,
because when I was heading the contract award committee I know of a place where to get the item at the rate of Two thousand five hundred dollars
($2,500) per pack

but remenber that the Consulting Firm has been paid Six Thousand dollars ($6,000) per packet by Nigeria National Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC)
to supply Twenty thousand packets (20,000).

These (BALL RACER 10A WHW) is the most important item for the commencement of these contract, because without it there
is no way the refurbishing and upgrading of these refineries can take off. And the Nigeria National Petroleum Co-operation
(NNPC) is on the neck of the Consulting Firm for the completion of the contract.

So I want us to do this business together by directing you to contact the consulting firm by telling them that you have the
item needed in stock at any quantity so that the Consulting Firm will pay you for the item. Then I will let you know where you
will get the item. The profit of the business will be shared 50 - 50%.
