It is the usual practice of our organization to conduct a proper verification of all parcels that we are to deliver to ensure that they are valid. We hereby guarantee and assure you that your Cheque has been confirmed valid and true your parcel delivery will be made once you have met the necessary shipping requirements.
Below are the mandatory administrative charges that you required to pay to enable us courier your certified bank check and winning certificate to you. You are allowed to choose one of our three specified delivery arrangements.

For all international delivery by courier a mandatory shipping insurance and V.A.T is paid in addition to the cost of courier. As at January 20, 2005, AIR FORWARDERS ASSOCIATION shipping tariffs listing.

The charges are a little high because of the comprehensive insurance cover we have undertaken in case of loss, damage or theft of your highly sensitive parcel. We assume all responsibilities in case of any eventualities.
For International delivery we accept payment through Western Union Money Transfer www.westernunion.com so as to speed up the process of international orders. You are to locate the nearest western union office and make payment to the Company Account Staff as detailed below:

Please fax this office a copy of your payment transfer slip. If you do not have a fax machine, just send the following information via email as they appear on the western union transfer slip:

2. Amount sent
3. Control number (MTCN)
4. Test question and answer if any
You are to send a copy of the evidence of payment as mandated to the lottery Officials for confirmation. A receipt of the above payment will be issued to you from our office along with your Cheque.
As soon as we receive confirmation and evidence of payment of the above charges, we will dispatch your parcel immediately. The date and time of departure and expected date of delivery will be sent to you. It will take twenty-four hours to get your parcel delivered to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel and to do this, you will need either your international passport as identification or your driver's license.
All orders not delivered within fourteen (14) working days from this communication will be returned. Please ensure that you confirm your delivery address.
