"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear friend.

Before I start,I must first Apologise for this unsolicited mail to you.

Iam aware that this is certainly an unconventional approach to starting a
relationship, but as time goes on you will realize the need for my action
which I will like you to consider as a golden opportunity worth doing, but
please treat with absolute secrecy and personal.

I work with the Central Bank of Nigeria as a permanent secretary in the
Governor's office; Cash Payment Desk and I endorse diplomatic clearance for
the diplomats who accompany contractor's funds in cash to there varoius
countries for contract payments.

Presently there is one box that contains the sum of US$14,000,000.00
(fourteen Million U.S Dollars)in cash.

These box was supposed to be for contract Payment of one Beneficiary from
USA,which we do not know her wereabout for a very long period of time and
uptill now non of his next of kin has come to claim the funds, our Banking
ethics here does not allow such money to stay more than five (5) years,
because after six (6) years the money will be called back to the Bank
treasury as unclaimed bill.

The governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria then filled in a paper that I
should endorse for the funds to be returned to the government treasury, which
I have not yet not endorse but presently the Box is deposited under the
custody of CBN security vault.

Please I want to seek for your sincere and honesty understanding by
assisting me, stand as the relations to beneficiary so that this BOX that
contains the funds can be released to you so that both of us can share this
funds with one mind instead of returning it to the government treasury.

All it will take you is to apply to the office of the CBN attorney as the
relations to the beneficiary and request for the claim of the funds and I
will secretly back you up with every informations that may be needed by him
regarding to this funds so as to enable him sign and approve your claim
without any delay from the office.

Please, I will advised you keep this transaction top secret, as I am still
in service with the CBN,and would not want the managment to know I the staff
gave you the secret to the secucess.

Note Immediately I hear from you with your honesty readiness to work with me
on this transaction I will then give you the contact of the CBN Lawyer that
will sign and approve your claim so that you can feel very very and contact
him immediately.

And for your compensation, we will share it 70% for me and 30% for you.

If you are interested and in agreement with me, please email me back
immediately via my private email:dr_msjocey@patmail.com

Respectfully Submitted
