Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

I join the army in 1972 and rose  to the post of a general after serving in different capacity in the nigeria army. he retired from the military in the year 2001 two years after General Obasango was democratically sworn in as the president of Federal republic of nigeria. Since then i have been down with stroke which is now very serious.
During is service as a military officer he served at the ministry of petroleum and natural resources when the military are in government. he succeeded in lodging some millions of Dollars oversea and now decide to invest about 10million usd on any lucrative bussiness abroad  and for his plan to be effective he now ask to seek for a good,trustworthy and God fearing foreigner who will be  as his partner and will be 100% in control of this investment while  he will operate underground because for now I do not want people to know I own such project not even my family.As i told you we are on assylum in Nigeria , if you wish to be my partner you can get back to me via my personal;
