Greeting From Isle Of Man.
My name is Greenwood Warren. I am the Chairman, Audit
Committee, HSBC Bank PLC, Ramsey, Isle of Man, with
head offices in Ramsey, Isle of Man. I will like you
to assist with this Independent Enquiry. I am
contacting you in a non-official capacity and
therefore require your utmost confidentiality.
This enquiry involves a client who shares the same
surname with you and also investments made by this
client at one of our HSBC Bank PLC branches in Europe.
The client died intestate and nominated no successor
in title over the investments made with the HSBC Bank
PLC. The essence of this communication with you is to
request that you provide us Information/comments on
any or all of the four issues:
1-Are you aware of any relative/relation who shares
your same surname and whose last known contact address
was Calle 1, No.7, 46185, La Pobla De Vallabona,
Valencia, Spain?
2-Are you aware of any investment of considerable
value made by such a person at one of the HSBC Bank

3-Born on the 1st of June 1941
4-Can you establish your eligibility to assume status
of successor in title to the deceased?
It is pertinent that you inform us ASAP whether or not
you are familiar with this personality that we may put
an end to this communication with you and our
inquiries surrounding this personality. You must
appreciate that we are constrained from providing you
with more detailed information at this point.
In accordance with the European Trust and Federal
Laws, at the expiration of 5 (five) years, his
investments with HSBC Bank PLC shall revert to
ownership of the government of the country of the said
investments if nobody applies as the next of kin to
claim the investments.
Consequently, I shall present you as a foreign partner
to stand in as the next of kin so that you and I can
benefit from this investment equally (i.e. 50% for you
and 50% for me). I guarantee that this will be
executed under legitimate arrangement that will
protect us from any breach of the law, as I will use
my position to secure approvals and guarantee the
successful execution of this transaction.

well as detailed information on how this deal would be
