"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: RE: Our Last Mail Exchange.

Attention,

I am Mr. Edgar Kema Clark, an international businessman based in the UK .
I front and work for high network individuals in governments in various Arab
and African countries and handles. Their various finances and investment
needs. There is substantially accrued fund in excess of $50 Million U.S Dollars
lying idle in an escrow account being held on trust in a financial institution
in Europe.

The money is from earnings from crude oil bunkering activities and deals
involving these above mentioned high network persons. Due to the recent political
conflicts in various countries of Middle-East countries, the owners wish
to re-direct their investments to high yield projects and investment.
Consequently, I would like to enquire if there is any viable project that
you would like these investors to finance or participate in your company
or country. If there is, please let me know so that we can discuss further
on the necessary modalities needed to proceed immediately.

In the meantime, you can contact me through this e-mail ( kemaclark2@yahoo.com)
for further information.

Best regards.

Edgar K. Bello
