Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Subject: URGENT

Dear Sir ,

I find your area so good to invest in and I want you to go through this
message and get back to me as soon as possible for full details and you a
greater role to play as to this funds.

I am Dr.Frank A. Barnes President/CEO of Farm-Anans Ghana Limted. This
company is an exporting company, but due to the much of governmental
restrictions on individual trade and also the high rate of taxation on
incoming and out going funds in the Africa environment, I am soliciting the
establishment of a business relationship with you such that customers could
be making payments of excess sales by me through you and you will be
remitting same to me via an account that will not disclose the money being
proceeds of exports for which tax was evaded.

I am exporting and selling out more of our products far beyond government
approved quota. I am one of the ten major staff empowered with export. You
will be entitled to 10% of every payment made through you.

There are debtors to the tune of over $8,000,000.00 USD .We will be very
glad if you can be the company representative in your country and earn 10%
of every payment made through you to us.
