"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Read more about such scams here or in our 419 FAQ. Use the Scam-O-Matic to verify suspect emails.

Subject: Partnership Proposal [Reply Urgently ]

Dear,

I am sending this proposal to you, believing that it may be your wish to work with me. But if you are not interested, please you should help and keep this matter very confidential for my security here.

I am Mr. Chim biko, the Private Secretary to late Chief Mrs. Stella Obasanjo the first wife of President of Nigeria. She died on 23rd of October, 2005 during a surgical operation in a hospital in Spain.

I am supposed to travel to Spain together with her in the same flight, but she later called me on Friday that I shall start coming to meet her in Europe with some huge amount money which she told me to come with. The amount is $18.7 million dollars which she wanted to use for some investment over there in Spain.

I have finalized the entire Airport procedure for the movement of this fund freely by Monday the 24th of October 2005, before the news of her death came to State Abuja on 23rd of October 2005.

You can read more: - (http://edition.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/africa/10/23/obasanjo.obituary/) or (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/4368806.stm)

Now I found it as an opportunity not to stop the transfer of this fund rather to continue and look for a reliable person to whom I can divert this fund to his name and account.

It was because that the husband is not aware of this fund that she did not travel along with it and later asked me to come with the fund to Spain.

Therefore if you may be interested to assist me in this project, you shall indicate your interest through my private email address: bikomchi@yahoo.com.

And I shall give you the detailed procedure for immediate action.

Or you can call me on my direct telephone number: +234 80 43445031.

It is needs very urgent attention.

Mr. Chim Biko.
