1. "UNL" as used herein refers to the UK NATIONAL LOTTERY Sweepstakes and its organisers, including all affiliate companies, individuals and interests associated financially or otherwise with The UNL Trust Fund.
2. Winners" and "winner" herein refer to bonafide winners of the UNL lottery in any category of any edition past, present and/or in the future.
3. Personal and winning data provided by winners to UNL remain known
ONLY to the winner and UNL
4a. All e-mail addresses, contact information, photographs and/or
personal data of winners SHALL NOT be published or disclosed on ANY public or
in any other public place or via any medium accessible to the public.
4b. All e-mail addresses, contact information, photographs and/or
personal data of winners SHALL NOT be disclosed to or made available to any
third party or agent.
4c.All e-mail addresses, contact information and/or personal data of
winners are kept in an isolated database server protected from any
external access using SSL locking on 6th level binary parse. This data is
made accessible ONLY to UNL staff directly involved with the processing of
winners claims.
5. Only with the prior approval of winners shall UNL modify the
contents of the "UNL privacy statement" and this being after the winner or
winners have perused the modified document and acknowledged their consent
either in writing or via any convenient but recordable electronic
medium and in the presence of two witnesses.
7. This privacy statement is valid at this moment but may be changed at
any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The terms and conditions set out in this documentation are binding
STRICTLY on whosoever it may concern.

3. "Winners" and "winner" herein refer to bonafide winners of the UNL
lottery in any category of any edition past, present and/or in the
future.
4. All cash prizes of winners remain the SOLE property of such and are
subject to legal taxes applicable to the region of residence of the
winner.
5. All cash prizes are NOT transferable but must be claimed by the
actual winner but may be distributed at will after it has been claimed.
6. All cash prizes SHALL NOT, under any circumstance or circumstances
whatsoever, be used for illegal activities including but not restricted
to any or all of the following:
Gambling or funding of such.
Activities relating to drug trafficking, illegal arms trade or funding
of such, racism, terrorism, human trafficking and abuse, child/minor
pornography, gender, sexual or religious discrimination, hate, hacking,
armed robbery and related activities deemed illegal in the region of
residence of the winner.
7. All cash prizes MAY ONLY be used for legal activities as applies to
worldwide standards and/or the locality in which the winner resides.
8. A percentage of the cash prize, no matter how small, MUST be used by
the winner for the betterment of humanity, preferably in the form of a
donation or donations to charity.
9. Aside from the restrictions set down in the paragraphs of this
documentation, winners are free to do whatever they want with their cash
prize(s).
