"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

Dear Client,

We happily announce to you that we have confirmed your winning award at the
London office that has been due for payment under the name Roketi Major.


The specified batch numbers, ticket number and serial number,including all
the relevant documents that were sent to this office has been vetted
satisfactory.

You will be required to fill the information required on the attached
processing form.All information have been received and verified and your
inability to travel has been noted.Also the amount that will be delivered
to you after you meet up with your fees is One million five hundred thousand
American dollars,After due verification of your winning notification and
documentation sent by Mr.Larry Bishop to this office.


we are required by law to get Notarization and Stamp duty on your winnings
endorsed in the United Kingdom Tax Revenue Office, to be able to carryout
the transfer of your winnings and also make or leave you as the true
beneficiary of the won award under the
Lottery Promotions, Zoned under United Kingdom, your certificate of award
and other necessary documents will be sent to you via courierexpress mail
to your given address upon your response to this claim procedure.
