"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I need your urgent reply please

Sir,

I am very sorry to bother you with my plight. Please know that it's not
by mistake I am contacting you but by the special grace of
Allmighty. After searching for someone I can lay my plight to, I’ve finally come
across your contact after my much prayer since I don't want to enter wrong
hand. My name is Femina Robinson,I am a citizen of Angola. I am 22
years old. I and my mother escaped from our country at the heat of the
civil war after loosing my father and my two brothers in the war.

My late father was one of the leaders of (UNITA) groups in the Republic
of Angola, before his untimely death, he was in absolute control of
diamond regions in my country and he also supervised the sales of
diamonds. Before his untimely death,he was able to deposit diamonds worth of
US$32.621.171.00 only in the fudicary firm here in Dakar Senegal which I am
the next of kin to the deposit but due to my refugee statues here, the
manager of the fudicary company refused to release the consignment
directly to me.

The manager advised me to find someone with a better statue who will
stand as my trustee for the claim as this is the only way to release the
consignment to me through my trustee.
Please this is where I need you as I will like you to help me and sale
the diamonds upon the release from the fudicary company. We are
suffering here without money. My mum is very sick and no money to take her to
the better hospital as they refer us to India for her treatment.

I have tried to locate any of my family but all to no avail and this is
why I have decided to get one for my self to assist me in getting the
diamonds out.I want you to stand for me as my guardian and contact the
fudicary firm. Tell them you are our guardian and because of the crisis
here, you want us to be with you where you can better take care of us.
Tell them that you will stand for me for the release of the consignment
deposited in their custody as you want to take us to your country.I
have no more money here and feeding is a big problem to us.

Please help us as I know that they will respect you and release the
consignment to you un our behalf. Again, As soon as the diamonds are
released to you,you will assist us and find a buyer. We have agree to
compersate you with 30% of any amount you sold the diamonds while we shall
open account in your country and paid in our balance. We shall appriciate
if you will be able to invest the money under your management into any
lucrative business with your profesional idea but if you don't have
ability to invest the money, you will help us to find a reputable business
man who will go into joint venture with us and the money will be
invested under his management.

We are looking forward for your response.

Warm regards.
Femina Robinson.
