"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Sir,
How are you doing over there? My Name is Paul Willson Jason. I reside in
London U.K. My law firm has more
than 10 years of experience specializing in UK,
Continental Europe Law. I am a licensed lawyer, a
member in good standing of the U.K Bar Association.
Membership no: 160121-1, and the Quebec Bar Association
who license me as a lawyer. My residence address is 42
Gainsborough Road London E153AG London England U.K.

However, I am the personal Attorney to late Dr. Russell
Grahame Stuart of Enfield, North London, 48 yrs, died
in the London barbaric terrorist bomb explosion on the
Tube between Kings Cross and Russell Square in London
where the underground bomb was detonated. He was last
seen by his wife Mrs. Yvonne Grahame when he left the
home they share in Enfield, North London on the 7th
July Thursday morning to go to work. He boarded a train
at Kensal Green at 0855 BST and arrived at Euston
station at 0908 BST. A statement released by his family
and wife Mrs. Yvonne Grahame described him as a "kind,
caring person who always put other people first and the
response to this tragedy is overwhelming. He loved life
but didn't take it too seriously.

Furthermore, the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair has
promised one of the most "vigorous and intensive"
police manhunts the UK has seen to catch those
responsible for the London bombings. The government is
prepared to introduce new emergency anti-terrorism
powers if the police and the security services felt
these were needed. The Mayor of London, Ken
Livingstone, also announced the opening of a memorial
fund set up with the Red Cross, which has already
donated £50,000 to help victims and their families.
I will be pleased to have an opportunity to solicit for

I
have to contact you to assist in repatriating the fund

confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where
these huge deposits were lodged in Europe. That was the
only information beloved wife of my late client (Mrs.
Yvonne Grahame) left and I immediately called the Bank
for the claim of the funds, but they told me that my
late client Dr. Russell Grahame Stuart has already
registered the funds on swift transfer to a foreign
partner to help him claim the funds for security
reason, but since we do not know who the foreign
partner is and we cannot just let go the fund with the
Bank. According to the wife, the fund is the only hope
for the family, hence I contacted you to assist us move

Moreover it is risk free in the sense that I have taken
proper care of all formalities regarding this
transaction. For your assistance and co-operation she
has decided to give you 15% of the total money
generated. At this moment I am saddled with the problem
of securing a trust worthy God fearing personality whom
I can confide in as their family lawyer and put these
fund under his care for proper management and
investment for my late client's family.

As soon as the resources mentioned above is
successfully transferred in to your position, the wife
of my late client, Mrs. Yvonne Grahame will meet with
you in your country for their own share of the fund.
In a nutshell, as a member of a Provincial Bar
Association (Quebec Bar Association/Bureau Du Quebec) I
can therefore act as an authorized legal representative
of my clients in all matters regarding the release of
this fund to your account.

I guarantee that this will be executed under a
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any
breach of the law of your country because is a genuine
fund of which all the relevant approvals that will
authenticate and substantiate the release of the fund
will be secure, everything will be documented.
