Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

in the processing of the application for claim.

Gold Lyke Lottery reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, winners prize money if it discovered that any of the

discovered to be false.

[5] DISPUTES: Winners agree that any and all disputes which cannot be
resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with the game, shall be resolved individually, without resort
to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the
island of Port Louis having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply
the laws of the Port Louis, in regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law.

Furthermore, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be
