"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

INVESTMENT RELATIONSHIP

Dear Sir.

Iam Mr. Geraldo Abreu Ucuatchitembo an erstwhile top-ranking member of a frontline liberation movement(UNITA) in Angola, whose organization had engaged the Angolan government in a protracted civil war since 1975.

I am very interested in doing business in your country, therefore I would like to seek your assistance and help. Iam particularly interested in properties but your advice on other areas of private sector would be appreciated.

I'm therefore contacting you to assist me in channeling US$15.3Million U.S Dollars into a productive investment ventures in your country instead of war. I looks to make this investment discreetly under discretionary asset management arrangement. and I am of the believe that you would be of great help in guiding me to a successful exploration of the investment potential of your country which guarantee good capital returns and financial security. As a result of this, I can take you in confidence basically because of the source of my fund hereby believing that your assistance will be of profitable advantage to us.

I am planning to relocate to your country once the sancation which is placed on Unita memember is lifted by the United Nation, but before then i wanted the funds to be invested into a profitable investment in your country as Angola is not safe. I would therefore like you to assist me in every possible way in securing this fund to your country since I intend to live and run my business there.

Sir, I would like you to understand my modesty in imploring for your help which is basically due to my lack of business experience and exposure in your country coupelled with my inability to travel out of Angola because of the United Nation sanctions and order to seized all that belong to us and our travelling passport after the death of Gen Jonas Savimbi. Details of this can be read through this link: http://www.afrol.com/News2002/ang005_savimbis_death2.htm

Also want you to acknowledge the fact that I am a career public servant who by virtue of the war in Angola was opportune to posses the said amount.

This fund being the basis of my future and business ambition, your friendship, assistance and advice will be immensely appreciated while your effort will be rewarded by parting with some percentage of the total fund to you. Be also assured that you stand no risk of any kind as it was an event during a war situation. All response to this mail shall be directed to my private email address gachitembo@netscape.net

Looking forward to your urgent respons.

Best Regard,

Mr. Geraldo Abreu Ucuatchitembo
