"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear one,

Permit me to inform you of my desire of going into relationship with you. I know this mail may come to you as a surprise, since we have not known or ,written before. Introducing myself.

I am Daniel Freeman, a son to late Mrs Fani Freeman my mother was a Gold merchant based in Accra, Ghana and Abidjan, Cote d' Ivoire.

she had sudden death, before her death on 29th June 2002 she told me that she deposited the sum of ($8.5m)US dollas, with a security company in Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire. That she used my name as her son for next of kin in depositing the fund.
She also explained to me that the documents it intach with her lawyer in Cote d' Ivoire.

I met with the lawyer, he told me that I should seek for a foreign partner in any country of my choice where I will invest this money purpose. Becausue the consignment it is no longer in Cote d'Ivore, it has been liffited to Europe for their branch office.

I am humbly seeking your assistance in the following ways :


1-To assist me in providing an account of yours where this money can be quietly transferred into.


2To make arrangement for me to come over to your country to further my education.

Moreover, I am willing to offer you 30% of the total sum as compensation for your effort or input after the successful transfer of this fund into your nominated account, while 5% will be set aside to offset any expenses you may incur.

Furthermore, you can indicate your option towards assisting me as I believe that this transaction would be concluded within the shortest possible time if you signify interest to assist me. Please contact me immediately you receive this message through this email address if you are interested.
