Subject: INQUIRING FOR INVESTMENT

Dear Sir,

Compliments of the day, excuse me this opportunity to introduce myself, I am
Mr. Franklin Bangura, a Sierra Leonia and the second in command to late
Foday Sanko, a known rebel leader in Freetown, Sierra Leone. I write on
behalf of my colleague, to inquire if you are available and have the
facilities to assist us undertakes some capital investments in your country.

It will be necessary to inform you that the funds for investment,
USD$9,500,000:00(Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars)
intended for capitalization for this investments were proceeds realized from
sales of Diamond and Gold by the late Foday Sanko during the civil war and
also diamonds worth of USD$4.6M recovered from minners. After the sudden
death of Mr. Foday Sanko in Freetown maximum prison in August 2003, my
colleague and I were automatically became the owners of these assets that
are deposited with a private security company in Freetown for safekeeping.

You may have heard of the lingering war and crisis in Sierra orchestrated by
the unprecedented Resource Control of Foday Sanko warring faction in whom
citizens including paramount chiefs has arbitrarily reclaimed and acquire
all lands containing mineral resources owned by individual in the country.
This has caused a historical displacement of many whom are known to be the
country main miners. The ensuring struggle and strife have brought about the
killing and imprisonment of thousands of these miners by the ruthless rebel
forces designated to enforce these new order. As a result of Foday Sanko
brutality and firm position on this matter, a group of assailants suspected
to be government agents attacked and killed him in cold blood in August
2003, Seeing that! The Entire rebels were in serious threat of extinction.

We immediately fled Sierra Leone to Guinea where we have sojourned ever
since until peace was restored jointly by the effort of the UN peacekeeping
forces and the ECOMOG peacekeeping forces. It will interest you to note that
we have all this while, articulated the needful arrangements through which
the transfer of both the cash and the diamond will be affected.

We will be willing to come to terms with you regarding your reward for
helping us actualize this matter, which we shall agree once I hear from you
as we intend to invest in your business or Stock Market. It is equally
important to state here that considering the nature of this matter, we will
require that it is handled most discreetly and confidential.

Kindly, contact me using my E-mail address: (franklin_bangura@ny.com) upon
receipt of this letter, in anticipation of your trusted and genuine
understanding.

I remain yours sincerely,

Mr. Franklin Bangura
