Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

  5. They don't tell you to call a mobile phone number.
  6. They don't tell you to keep your winnings secret.
  7. They will never ask a winner to pay any fees to receive a prize!
• This email lists mobile phone numbers. Use of such numbers is typical for scams because they allow criminals to conceal their true location. They can receive calls in an Internet cafe from where they send you emails, while pretending to be in some office.

Subject: DETAILS/PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS FOR RH.UK SECOND CATEGORY.

The online cyber lotto draws was conducted from an exclusive list of
100,000 e-mail addresses of individual and corporate bodies picked by an advanced automated random computer search from the internet from various continents of the world. No tickets were sold.
Tickets were attached to individual email addresses from this address list, then a computer ballot was drawn.
Eight email addresses out of the 100,000 used in this draw emerged winners, one for first category (entitled to 5m.GBP), three for the second category (which you fall in), and four for the third category (entitled to 1m.GBP each).
This promotional program takes place every year. This lottery was promoted and sponsored by
Association of software producers worldwide headed by Mr. Bill Gates, and it is meant to encourage the use of microsoft worldwide.
