Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

surprise you with this contact which i've made to you.Well,this Insurance
company has been involved in stopping many payments which your payment was
affected.You should understand that if this Insurance company doesn't
approve any payment,no payment of any sort will go out without the approval
of this Coporation.

It may interest you to know that the reason why you've not recieved your
payment all these while even after all the efforts you've been making, all
to no avail is because this coporation has not finally approved your
payment due to the Insurance policy which the Federal Government laid in
1986 under the Constitution of INSURANCE Act 1 of 1986 that all foreign
contractors should insure their contract sum with this Government Insurance
Company.

If I may bring to your notice that after many revealing of your file,It was
noticed that your company has no Insurance policy with this coporation,so
there's no way the Federal Government of Nigeria can release your fund which
I know you might have been decieved by many Government officials
claiming to pay you your contract payment.

Now the reason why we're sending this circular to you is to inform you that
the Federal government of Nigeria has given us the obligation to release all
outstanding payments to all the beneficiaries that this coporation has been
holding their payments which you happen to be one of them.

from any Govt officials claiming to be what they are not.
